She has good contacts for styling and gardening which again made the process easier. She was always available to answer questions. I found Sam to be very personable on our first meetings and extremely professional. As vendors who spend a lot of time overseas we needed someone who could look after everything for us and Sam certainly did that and more. She project managed the repainting and all other aspects of pre sale preparation without missing a beat.
