Sam is a great agent who really went the extra mile for us. He was an absolutely pleasure to deal with, and went out of his way on several occasions to help us get the sale through. At the time we were buying and selling and Sam really did outshine the other agent we were dealing with in terms of his ability, knowledge and persona.

We gave Sam five stars for all of the above. From our first meeting we were impressed with Sam's genuine friendliness, courtesy, sincerity and professionalism. He was the opposite of what we were expecting to deal with in an agent. Even though we weren't the seller, throughout the entire sale process Sam displayed all of those above mentioned qualities. He always seemed genuinely concerned to do the right thing by both parties and couldn't be more helpful answering numerous questions, and always promptly and helpfully. Sam smashes all the unhelpful stereotypes of a real estate agent and deserves to do well in this industry.

Sam delivered on his promise when marketing our property for sale. He communicated regularly and delivered on every single undertaking he made (a rare quality). He understood the local market and developed a campaign to specifically unlock the potential in our property. He at all times was balanced in his comments and supported us 100% through the process. He is honest and credible and at all times true to his word. We would have no problem recommending Sam and his team to anyone considering selling their property.

Sam always does what he says he will and this is usually achieved by excellent and consistent communication.
