The team from Belle did a superb job with representing my home. It was a difficult time to negotiate a sale due to the lack of availability to show due to covid lockdowns, but Sam and Maria were always available and extremely helpful in all possible ways. While the apartment was in a great location and some unique features against other apartments in the area but it was tired. Sam came up with a plan to best market the property. The agency organised all the trades people who worked to a tight timeline. We did not have to do anything other than make decisions.
