While the apartment was in a great location and some unique features against other apartments in the area but it was tired. Sam came up with a plan to best market the property. The agency organised all the trades people who worked to a tight timeline. We did not have to do anything other than make decisions. Property was presented and sold(at a price in excess of what we where expecting) under the time frame he set. Very professionally handled and would recommend him again
