Sam is a man of considerable style. Don't let that fool you. He is also a man of considerable substance. Ours was a considered sale. Sam told us he would achieve a certain price for a couple of properties. I didn't believe him. He then proceeded to get the prices he said he would. We then started talking with him seriously. He listened. He was knowledgeable, realistic and offered smart options for what was initially a more complex than normal sale proposition. But the decision to sell a home is always an emotional one. We then made the emotional (gut) decision to trust Sam and follow his advice on timing, renovating, styling, advertising...the works. It was an excellent call. Throughout the process Sam and his people were responsive, communicated exceptionally well and took us to the auction feeling confident and comfortable, with a range of variables discussed and contingencies covered. The result was very close to Sam's prediction and we were more than happy. I've dealt with many agents over the years. Some were appalling. Some were decent. Sam has been by far the best. It sounds cheesy, but my advice if you are selling in this area is to trust Sam Inan.
