Sam is the best real estate agent and auctioneer you can find. He's my favourite auctioneer. I've been to many auctions and I have never seen an auctioneer that can even compare to Sam's expertise in the area. He has amazing unique skills to sell a place on auction. He's honest and straightforward. I'd recommend that anyone who is trying to sell their property should use Sam.

From day one, when I have to select among the agents to go with the sale.
