Given the property is in a larger complex, I expected the sale period to be a little drawn out as living in a complex of 24 units is not suited to everyone. This definitely was not the case. My property was tenanted at the time I listed and Sam has gone above and beyond communicating with the tenants to ensure they were looked after also. The accepted offer has been straight forward and we have progressed quickly to provide a fast and convenient settlement for all parties involved. Sam is extremely approachable, and even if I thought I was asking a silly question, Sam answered in a way to be sure I knew what she meant. Sam is professional, has great communication and ethics. I could not recommend anyone higher than the recommendation I have for Sam. She definitely knows her stuff and you easily see her passion for real estate from the first moment you start talking to her.
