After looking at a few homes on the Western Shore of Hobart and to be honest I did not even feel comfortable with the way some estate agents treated you, I.e. I sat a waited for one who was 10 minutes late. Another rang twice to cancel the appointment at a late time (I was on my way to one app.) But Sam not only made myself feel constable she considered my daughter and grandson with care. I had a tenant renting my house in Hobart and unfortunately the tenant stopped paying rent, left the house dirty, damaged, full of rubbish & took all the keys.
