Sam was awesome to deal with. He listened to what we were really looking for, recommend houses that ticked all of our boxes, and listened to our feedback when we didn’t like a house so he could use that for future recommendations. He was honest of the workload involved in bank reposed houses, and told us exactly what we were in for at each property. He advised on what size house we should look at for our future, not our now. When we told Sam about a house that we had seen earlier in that year that we fell in love with, but was no longer on the market, he was swift in speaking to the owners. He had spoken to the owners who were still willing to sell, and had us a secured inspection date in under 48 hours. Sam was always available to take my calls, and answer every single question, and as we were first home buyers, there was a lot of questions. Cannot recommend him enough and he will always be our agent of choice in mount isa should we ever need to sell or buy again
