I live hours away in the Gold Coast. Near closing, Sam let me know the power had been disconnected prematurely by the former tenant, which would have a negative impact on the pool water condition. Further, when his agency was unable to take on this property for rental management due to being at capacity, he referred me to an excellent alternative property manager.
