I found city and country, particularly Sam to be very hard working. Happy to show you every single house you want to look at. I believe Sam probably showed me through at least 8 houses before I found the one I now call home. I was starting to think the perfect place doesn't exist in my price range. But with Sam's help I found my diamond in the rough. Would 100% recommend. He will be honest and tell you if owners won't budge on price, however he will also be the first to alert you if something drops in to your price range.
