We had listed our rental/investment property with another local agent for around eight months, who had got the property to contract twice, both times under our expected asking price, both times the contracts fell through for various reasons, at the final stage the agent suggested we drop another $15K off the price, at this point we changed service providers and spoke to Sam Linn, he was prompt and professional in his appraisals and knew he had a tight deadline to sell this property, within a week of listing he had offers from both local and interstate clients, with us accepting an offer at our original asking price, settled within 45 days, Sams communication with us while we remained in our new home some 4000 kms away was always impeccable, his service was faultless, nothing was to much trouble for him or his team, I would highly recommend Sam to anyone needing assistance with real estate, I only wish we had gone to him to start with , Well Done SAM, GREAT JOB MATE !!!
