He is highly professional with obviously high ethical values. Sam is honest and makes it very clear, right from the start, what to expect during the marketing of your property, and eventually when there is an offer. He has excellent negotiation skills and saved me as the seller significant amounts of money after building and electricity inspections. BUT, without a negative outcome for the buyers. In other words, his honesty and ethical responsibility lead to a balanced outcome for both the seller and buyer. In Alice Springs you would not get a better real estate agent. Always smartly dressed (despite the heat) and extremely well mannered and well-spoken. LJ Hooker can be proud of this asset in their company.
