Sam Mac

Selling our home with Sam Mac, from Ray White Cairns Beaches, was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Sam actually pursued us after appraising our home and she managed to secure a great price of our property entirely off market. Her negotiation skills and communication, throughout the process, were first rate. She kept up informed every step of the way and nothing was ever too much trouble. Sam even went above and beyond by happily liaising with the buyer for the purchase of items after contract. We highly recommend Sam to anyone looking for a dedicated, proactive, professional and hard-working agent.

We couldn’t be happier with the experience we had selling our property with Sam. From our very first conversation, she was warm, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable, making what can be a stressful process feel so much easier. Sam guided us through every stage of the campaign with confidence and professionalism, always providing honest advice and valuable insights. Her communication was excellent, she was highly organised and efficient, and it was clear how passionate she is about achieving the best possible outcome for her clients. Thanks to Sam’s expertise and dedication, we achieved a fantastic result. We always felt supported and knew our sale was in very capable hands. We are so grateful for everything Sam did for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell property. She’s an absolute asset and a pleasure to work with.

Sam was an incredible selling agent. She was reliable, informed, honest and worked hard to get us the best deal for our family home. The entire process was stress-free and I felt like Sam was truely invested in getting the best results for our young family. I could not fault Sam as an agent and highly recommend her.

Sam's knowledge of the market and work to get us the best deal was without fault. She was excellent in communicating throughout, upfront about expectations, and tireless in her work.

She was professional, diligent, and had a straightforward approach with excellent communication throughout the campaign. The property sold before auction in December for a price we were very happy with. Sam knows how to drive buyer interest and get results — we highly recommend her.

Sam helped us secure the property we wanted. Sam was always readily available and prompt when responding. I’m happy to recommend Sam.
