We decided to sell our property through Sam at Century 21 as we had just purchased our new home from him. Not just that but he also had a strong knowledge of older homes and the features throughout. We renovated our home and added touches throughout that Sam noticed and other agents didn't. He marketed it perfectly. He sold it in 3 weeks and achieved a price we were told we couldn't reach by other agents. We were ecstatic! We recently purchased an investment property which Sam was more than happy to advise us on even though it was through a different agency.
