My place was an exceptional, inspirational home, but not a property for everyone & finding the right buyer was something that took persistence & perseverance. I didn't ever feel that Sam was pushing me in any direction, rather that we could have helpful discussions which were pertinent to where we were at a a particular stage of the sales journey. The final result was achieved to the satisfaction of all parties & I would recommend Sam as an Agent who put in excellent effort to achieve it.

It was a challenging sales process that was exacerbated by the November 2014 Brisbane superstorm. Having gone to contract at a price I was happy with, the contract fell over at building inspection due to the damage the building sustained.
