It was a challenging sales process that was exacerbated by the November 2014 Brisbane superstorm. Having gone to contract at a price I was happy with, the contract fell over at building inspection due to the damage the building sustained. The damage also created some issues presenting the property. As an absentee overseas based owner I was able to rely on their assistance to rectify the damage and get the property back on the market.
