Sam is lovely and genuine. She was easy to deal with and made buying a new apartment not so daunting.
So our friend Tam called one day & asked if we’d let her come do an appraisal on our home as she was a new agent & needed the practice. Sure we said ( just to see what price they came up with). She brought her mentor Sam with her and told us they’d have no problem getting what we wanted. Yeh right, heard that line before. “Ok if you can get that price, we’ll sell” we replied. Anyway, fast forward a few short weeks and we were homeless as we had never really expected to sell it for what we asked and also achieve a street record price. A little disappointed with Sam as an agent.She tried to talk us into accepting first offer but we asked her to counter offer and buyer accepted.She told us buyer had sufficient funds to complete the purchase however that was incorrect as buyer had applied for finance.After signing initial contract never heard from her again despite extensions for finance and then settlement on 2/2/21.No follow up or even congratulations once sale went through.Will not use her again or recommend her

Sam sold our property at Thornlands when the market was very slow and she managed to do it in the first weekend. It wasn't an easy sale as the purchasers had to sell their home and subsequently their purchasers had to sell theirs, so there was a domino effect, which made the whole transaction fairly complicated. Sam went above and beyond to ensure that all sales were completed and everything fell into place - which was no easy task.
