We can't recommend Sam highly enough. He doesn't give false promises, or talk up / embelish potential buyers on open inspections. Sam told us he probably could sell our house within 3 weeks (we were going overseas) and he did. At all times he kept us informed, made suggestions, and luckily we agreed as every strategy he put to us worked. He even had alternative options if it didn't. We were impressed with his assistant Ashleigh and how well they worked together in the whole process of selling our house was streamlined and seemed effortless. Sam sold my house off market, but not without a lot of effort and perseverance with potential buyers and a genuine desire to obtain a good outcome for me. He could have obtain a higher commission by pushing me to an auction, but he always acted with integrity and professionalism and achieved an excellent outcome. He was always available by phone or email and nothing was too hard. He is extremely presentable and likeable to potential buyers and so easy and friendly to deal with.
