We never officially met Sam (because we’re currently living overseas), but through our constant communication I feel like we really got to know him and vice versa. He understood our unique situation and did everything he could to meet our needs. His PA (Ashleigh) also provided us with top service.
Sam and his team responded in a timely manner, followed through with what they said they would, were flexible to meet our needs as buyers and made the process very smooth and positive!
