Full disclosure: Sam is my brother-in-law so I knew the service we would receive as a vendor would be personalised. But, it also meant the pressure was on for him to achieve an outstanding result. What impressed me most was how Sam and his team developed an approach to marketing the property that maximised its exposure in the marketplace, while maintaining flexibility and a range of options to cater to different types of buyers. I’ve now seen first-hand the effort that goes into Duke launching a property from behind the scenes, and no one else comes close. More importantly, the campaign resulted in multiple offers on the property and a record result for vacant land in the area that reflected what we believed the block was worth. Sam was ambitious but up front about what he thought could be achieved and, after negotiating some tricky aspects of the sale process, he also delivered on a great result.
