This is the first time selling for us so we were pretty sceptical and overwhelmed by the whole process. We got a few agents in but decided on Sam for a few reasons. We saw him in action at an Auction which got our thumbs up and mainly because our neighbour who just sold with him and had previous dealings over many years was very happy with his service which meant a lot to us.
