To be completely honest I didn't have a lot to do with Sam and George, however my dealings with them were really easy. They were helpful and made the transfer simple. However, I really had very little to do with them as I only viewed the property once, and then bought the property after arriving late to the auction!
Sam has all of the qualities you'd expect from an agent who dominates his local area: - he knows the local area right down to the street (and even the particular side of the street) - he gives off a huge amount of energy as someone who seems to love real estate, his local area and doing what he does - he's never too busy to talk about your property (or one you're interested in buying). Sam is a consummate sales person. Some real estate agents feel "too salesy" and you feel you can't trust them. Sam, however, manages to combine genuineness with a strong sales approach which means he is always selling but in a way that feels helpful to his vendors as well as his purchasers. As our agent, we found Sam as well as the team behind him, to be utterly professional and really felt they went beyond the call. No detail was too small to worry about. They supported us at each step of the way, even after auction day, to make sure the transaction was low stress for us. The materials they produced were excellent and we felt like they followed up every possible purchaser to make sure no one who was interested slipped through the cracks. We have also purchased twice from Sam and found these experiences just as good. If you are buying from Sam, you feel like - while he is passionately pursuing his vendor-client's point of view - he's also straight with you - working openly to bring you and the vendor together. I can honestly say we wouldn't have purchased either of the properties we purchased in the absence of Sam's persuasion. On the basis of our experience, we have no hesitation in recommending Sam.
