When I made the decision to sell my property I was faced with another decision - choosing the right agent. After meeting with many an agent my choice was an easy one. Sam Tahana. Our story started long before the sale of our property with Sam. He made contact one day looking for listings and at the time the market and our circumstances were not right to consider selling, but Sam kept in contact periodically over 2 years to see how things were going and keeping us up to date with the market trends. Sam has been an amazing help with the purchase of our first home. He was more than happy to take phone calls and answer all of our questions regarding each step of the process. He went back and forth with us and the sellers to keep everything together when we were having issues with our bank processing our finance extremely slowly. We were terrified that we were going to lose our dream house because of slow processes but Sam helped keep it together and we now have our dream home thanks to his hard work.
