When we decided to sell our home of 15 years we interviewed several agents, both local and from further afield. The estimated values varied greatly ($130k difference from lowest to highest) which left us confused but open to letting the market decide. When we spoke to Sam he came across as genuine and this was later shown to be true when he listed our house. We went to auction with realistic expectations that it may not sell on the day but would give us a better picture of where people saw value. Sam ran a very thorough campaign and let us know exactly what his expectations were when presenting open homes, followed up every lead and presented honest feedback. After the auction was disrupted by Covid restrictions we set a price that we thought was fair. We had a few offers below what we expected but Sam never gave up and kept working hard. Sam finally found us a buyer who negotiated a good price but have still managed to get themselves a great property. Sams professionalism and desire to put people first is second to none.
