Sam always answered his phone promptly and was patient and happy to help with any enquires I had. Sam was a joy to work with. Always smiling and ready for a laugh and very supportive of me through the ups and downs of selling my home I couldn’t recommend anyone more highly than Sam.

I did not know of any local Bracken Ridge agents as I do not live in the area but Sam had often chatted to my mother when he was in the street. He had left his contact details with her so when she had to go into aged care, I gave Sam a call. He was prompt and courteous and genuinely emphasized with my situation as my husband was also sick at the time. He did not try to talk me into anything and gave me assurance that he would do his utmost to effect a sale. Over a couple of months, things did not always go to plan , but he kept me up to date the whole time and never lost his cool. He definitely knew the Bracken Ridge market because he lives in the suburb and therefore has a very positive attitude towards the area. I also found it time and money saving as Sam's Real Estate company has an in-house conveyancing team which made the legal side of the sale much easier. Overall, Sam was persistent but in a professional way, as a salesperson should be. I found him to be a genuine person who loves his job and his family.
