Sam is a great agent, I brought my home off Petrusma in 2014 and had Sam Towns resell my home in 2017. I couldn't recommend anyone else to do the job! He is very caring and understands the stress of buying and selling a home, he is very easy to contact anytime of the day, he will bend over backwards to make sure you get the best amount and quickest settlement. I will be using Sam again in the near future if or when I decide to buy another home!
