Sam was a very competent agent. Considering the speed at which our home sold - within a week, Sam and his team had to work hard to have all the i's dotted and T's crossed (contracts had not even been prepared!) Sam keep us in the loop for the duration of the process. He balanced the needs of the vendors and buyers with class.
