After engaging with a agent for 3 months we decided it was time to change tact. After seeing Sam in action with a friend and hearing the pleasant experience that he had we decided to give him a call. Sam worked tirelessly and 'out of hours' to get our house on the market with himself as quick as possible as to reduce the lag time in between. Sam and his team worked seamlessly to get this done with minimal fuss and around the clock. Photos, administration, signage and advertisement/marketing. The photos especially were a cut above anything I had seen before. Sam sat down with us and we decided on a price guide, marketing strategy and ways to get buyers through the door especially on a main road property where we struggled initially with the previous agent. The decision was made to host a open house - 2 days after the property went live online and sign up. We had a couple of people come through and a few more people lined up for appointments the week after. Sam sold it with the first open house, at the top of the price guide. My wife and I were over the moon at the pace, professionalism and negotiation that went one in such a short space of time. We were on the market, live for only 3 days and it sold with Sam. The cooling off and settlement period was a bit rough due to the purchaser having issues with their bank and contracts. Out of everyone control. It was Sam's communication that shone during cooling off and then through to the settlement period.
