After engaging with a agent for 3 months we decided it was time to change tact. After seeing Sam in action with a friend and hearing the pleasant experience that he had we decided to give him a call. Sam worked tirelessly and 'out of hours' to get our house on the market with himself as quick as possible as to reduce the lag time in between. Sam and his team worked seamlessly to get this done with minimal fuss and around the clock. Photos, administration, signage and advertisement/marketing. The photos especially were a cut above anything I had seen before. Worked great together on what was needed to be achieved in the sale. From start to finish the whole process an communication together was perfect.
