Rating: 1/5 stars Very Disappointing Experience Our experience with this real estate agent was frustrating and disappointing from start to finish. We initially looked at a lower-priced home, then explored a higher-priced one. The agent assumed we wouldn’t be able to afford it, and rather than being helpful, he seemed dismissive of our budget and preferences. What made the situation worse was that he continually tried to push us toward a higher sale price, even though no higher offers were on the table. It felt like he was more interested in pushing a sale than actually supporting us through this important process. We also had significant concerns about his honesty throughout the transaction, and we never felt we could fully trust the information he gave us. Buying a home is one of the biggest decisions in life, and we expected a much more professional and trustworthy experience. Sadly, we would not recommend this agent to anyone looking for reliable and supportive guidance when making such a major purchase. So once this review went live, I received threats and abuse from Sam apparently it didn't go so well for him. He even offered to come round wow. Would be happy to share the text messages that I have recieved from Sam to any potential clients or buyers. For any future job prospects or firms looking to hire Sam take note.

When selling a property he gives good advice and is always there for you as the vendor. He has integrity which isn’t always evident in most people. I wouldn’t deal with anyone else.
