I have known Sam for many years and have sold two properties with him as well as asked his advice on other RE matters. I find him extremely trustworthy and honest. When selling a property he gives good advice and is always there for you as the vendor. He has integrity which isn’t always evident in most people. I wouldn’t deal with anyone else. He also has achieved results beyond expectation.
They were very professional to work with and have an excellent knowledge of the market. They guided me through the process of selling and kept me up to date at all times. My home was sold virtually the first day on the market at an excellent price.
Sam was great to deal with, very upfront during the negotiating process and quickly came to an outcome that both parties were happy with. Went above and beyond by organizing early access on the day of settlement and even dropped the keys off personally to make moving day a whole lot easier. Would definitely recommend when buying or selling.
Sam and his team have been great to work with on our purchase and rental of the property- Maggie is outstanding- his team are professional, helpful and quick to reply to queries. We had looked at a large number of properties before deciding on the one we purchased. We have no hesitation in recommending Sam and the team at Harcourts Newcastle.
Sam’s experience and professionalism coupled with his approachable and kind hearted nature made a daunting process much easier. Sam’s sales associate Mary Joy was also a pleasure to deal with, aiding in a seamless process. I would highly recommend these two to anyone.
Sam recently sold my Mum's unit quickly and efficiently. He always responded to my calls or texts promptly and was always polite and helpful.
Very happy with the overall experience. The agent was friendly and professional. He kept us in informed at all times and was quick to get back to us when he had any questions.
Would highly recommend Sam has a very good Knowledge of the market
Sam is one of the most hard working Real Estate Agents in Newcastle. He allowed us to be part of the initial engagement process including, marketing, advertising and preparation. Selling can be nerve racking, exciting, gut churning and rewarding. But you need an Agent that is engaged, on the ball, caring and be able to achieve the goal of getting a great price for your home. Sam literally sold our place from a hospital bed at one stage. Seriously, who does that? Having an amazing team around you is imperative and Sam's team excelled led by Maryjoy. Our experience was made so much better by having an Agent truly dedicated to getting the job done. Thankyou so much Sam, amazing job. We can't recommend Sam and the Harcourts Team in Newcastle enough.
Sam and his team did an amazing job for us selling our home. The whole process was easy and seamless! Sam has great knowledge on the market which in the end got us a great result! Thank you!
