I was not your usual sort of buyer, one that walks around properties physically. I was living in Tasmania and couldn’t fly up for a look as I was waiting for my Post Office to sell. So I sent my son-in-law in to get the ball rolling. Sam was great by keeping in phone contact and email. Nothing was a problem to him. Everything went smoothly and I am now waiting to move in.

Sam was very good throughout the sale process. He displayed initiative and kept contact with all parties. Disappointuing that the first sale fell through but no fault from Sam, just vendor financing issues which costs a lot of time and money. Sam was cognisant of the length of this process and mindful of the situation, providing good advice. He was easy to deal with, prompt and knowlegdeable. Would deal with him again.

Sam was our agent for the sale of an investment property, a residential house in Mudgeeraba. As we were from interstate, Sam thoroughly explained to us the Queensland sales and settlement process. He dealt actively with the tenants to ensure the property was left in a tidy state and advised and arranged repairs, painting etc to present the property in the best manner. There was a very strong attendance at the initial two open for inspections and we received an offer at a price in excess of our expectations within ten days. Sam then recommended and arranged a conveyancing lawyer for settlement. When an issue arose from the pest inspection Sam negotiated promptly and directly with the purchasers who were overseas at the time to ensure a satisfactory resolution. Throughout the process Sam kept us fully informed and always returned our calls and provided prompt and wise advice. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending him to a prospective vendor.
