Very patient, calm and cheerful in dealing with difficult people

We must have been some of the most difficult clients an agent could expect to deal with but Sam maintained her professionalism and enthusiasm throughout and with her colleagues achieved a great result that was beyond my expectation given the state of the market. We could not have had a better sales campaign. Despite that, bidding at the auction was disappointing, but this was overcome by great negotiations. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sam and her firm.
