I had been watching Sam Yazdi from interstate for at least the last 5 years! I noticed that he sold lots of properties in the suburb in which my property was located and he seemed to achieve good results! I decided to appoint him to sell my property. Due to the timeframes on the property I am buying and some delays which were actually my fault, in reality, Sam had less than 3 weeks to get the property on the market, advertise it and auction it. As I was actually selling 2 properties to buy another, including the one I currently live in, I was very stressed about the whole selling process with the 2 properties plus the buying process of the one we are buying. Sam is very experienced, very knowledgeable, very professional and very calming. He had a calming influence on me and was also very patient with me despite me almost losing my bottle at times. He was reassuring, confident and kept telling me not to worry, it would sell...and it did and I was happy with the result. I would highly recommend Sam to anyone who wants to sell property, especially in the areas he operates in as what he doesn't know about that local market is not worth mentioning.
