Overall it was a pleasure working with him and his team. Thank you🙏 And not to forget Yatin - punctual returns on calls, professional and easy to talk to. Thank you for your support and you have a long way to go🚀

Sam has been a great agent to work with and has been helpful and supportive throughout the whole sales process. We really appreciate his services and effort.

Working with Sam Yazdi to sell my late mother's home was both a deeply personal and emotional experience. From the beginning, Sam showed incredible empathy and sensitivity, recognizing the sentimental weight behind the sale. He took the time to listen, not just to our financial goals, but to our memories and concerns. Sam's approach was always guided by our needs. His calm, thoughtful demeanor helped us feel supported at each step, and he navigated negotiations with the utmost respect for our wishes. Rather than pushing a typical sales agenda, he genuinely made it his priority to honor our family’s story and bring our vision to life. Thanks to Sam, the entire process felt respectful and meaningful, resulting in an aucton sale that exceeded our expectations. I can’t recommend Sam enough to anyone looking for an agent who truly listens and cares, especially during life’s more emotional transitions.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sam Yazdi from Ray White Quakers Hill - The Tesolin Group, and I couldn't be more impressed. Sam was a true professional from start to finish, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. One of the things that stood out most about Sam was his excellent communication skills. He was always available to answer my questions and concerns, and he kept me informed throughout the entire process. He was also very knowledgeable about the local market and was able to provide me with valuable insights. Sam's focus and efficiency were also impressive. He managed his team effectively, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. He was always on top of things and always seemed to be one step ahead. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with Sam's services. He is a true asset to the Ray White team, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top-notch real estate agent.

Very helpful, always available to talk and answer questions and provide help and support , we are very very happy , very honest and friendly

Provides honest support.

Sam was always helpful to understand owner's expectation and worked towards making the deal good enough for both parties. Every agent has their own way of working and once you understand how Sam operates, it gets easier and faster to close a deal.

We were earlier with a different agent for five weeks and we were disappointed as we were given false hopes and twice we had no one attending our open house this was waste of time preparing our home and leaving at night with our elderly mother. You can ask Sam anything, and he will explain in detail as much you need to understand the process. Communication was easy and respons was quick too. Sam is a lovely agent and tells you honestly what your property will sell for from experience and buyers feedback on duplexs. We appreciate Sam and his team was able to find us a buyer for the high amount for a duplex can sell for in this market. Thank you Sam and team for everything.

I had a good and solid experience working with Sam Yadzi. He sold me a property in just a week and negotiated a price lower than I initially expected and saved me money, which was pretty good. He also gave us some insights into the area and current apartment market in the blacktown area. Sam was professional, efficient, and always available to answer my questions. Gave me a thorough inspection of the property and info I needed.

Sam and the Ray White Quakers Hills team were instrumental in our property purchase and sale. We're immensely grateful for their outstanding efforts and commitment, shown through insightful marketing, market knowledge, and meticulous attention to detail. Their seamless process, hard work, and collaboration made the experience commendable. We greatly appreciate their expertise and guidance throughout.

Thank you very much Sam for your information, advice and support before & during the auction. I will treasure that happy photograph taken after I won at auction. Its been a pleasure attending your auction....apart from the joy of winning, I especially appreciate the happy faces from of you & your team. Also, my special thanks to Yatin Phogat for his support and enthusiasm! But, for his encouragement, I may not have succeed at auction. Koroth Madayi Sree Kumar
