I mean where do we start with Sam. We bought the house off Sam and now we’ve sold it through him as well !!! Sam isn’t the number 1 agent in our area for no reason. His resume speaks for itself. He isn’t your normal agent who comes by to quickly sell the house and leave, but more of a brother who joins the family and cares about everyone even after the sale. For the month he is around campaigning everything with his team, you can see the dedication and care he has for his job. While at it he also slowly adds himself into being apart of the family lol. Unlike others, Sam sold the house at a premium price just like he promised from the beginning. Putting up posters, open homes, marketing, and hassling buyers was the bare minimum Sam had done.
