We chose to go with an auction type sale on the experience with auctions and the Harcourts team. This turned out to be a great decision and resulted in a sale way above everyones expectations and a record for our suburb. I need to thank my wife for the huge number of hours she spent in making the home perfect and clean for all the inspections.

Sam assisted in making what can be a challenging process, quite approachable and smooth. Thank you.

Very good agent, very professional and dedicated.

Sam is very professional & highly driven. He is always available to answer what ever concerns we have & kept us updated throughout the process. His expertise in negotiation was invaluable during the selling of the property & met our expectation. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced & reliable real estate agent. We couldn’t be happier. We thank him & wish him more power.

I was fortunate to have Sam as my Agent. Sam is a happy informative professional. He worked hard loyally with Open Homes and Buyers enquiries for me. His dedication support advice was exceptional from start to SOLD

Sam, was very helpful during the auction, market is very competative and expectation is unpredictable. If you really liked the property. Go with Sam. thanks Sam.

Sam actually sold us this house 4 years ago so it was great for him to also sell it for us this time round, I couldn't be happier with the results! Sam's exceptional market knowledge and keen eye for detail really put my property on the "sought after" list. Sam's warm personality portraits trust, which we personally experienced when first buying our property. Thanks to Sam's exceptional work, my house sold quickly at a price that exceeded my expectations. It's no wonder Sam has been one of the best Agent in the Blacktown area for so many years, truly recommended!

Sam is well rounded with his sales experience, specially in Woodcroft. His knowledge and ability to understand a seller’s mindset is unparallel. This is perhaps equally applicable from the buyer’s point of view. He made us aware of the market movement, buyers’ psychology, positioning of our property and drawbacks. Then he gave us a realistic picture of how much the property can fetch with a ballpark figure. He was able to sell the property in the price he promised. In addition to that, he worked with the buyers to carry out the loan valuation of my property with the broker. We wish him success and would highly recommend him to anyone who is willing to sell their property.

Everything we wanted was done smoothly and how we wanted.

Very professional, Easy to approach, Answering our queries in a very polite way, Making extra time to view properties, Highly Recommended.

It was amazing how Sam responded to my question. He always got back to me if he didn't answer the phone. He addressed all my concerns and explained what I had to do step by step to ensure progress was made and I finally purchased a duplex.

Great agent who kept us in the loop throughout the whole buying process. Opened extra inspections as needed and was very responsive to any communications or requests. I would happily work with Sam.
