Sam, assisted my husband and I, with the sale of our villa, in Doonside. Whilst assisting us, Sam was professional, knowledgeable and showed exceptional enthusiasm in getting us the results, we wanted. Highly recommended,Sam for anyone looking for an honest, experienced real estate agent. Thank You Sam- Harcourts Blacktown!!. Vaios & Lisa.
Sam as well as Andrew work well together and very easy to deal with. Considering market conditions I believe they have done their best to get the price for the property however whilst the price was below my expectation that was driven by market conditions. Sam has worked very hard with a number of buyers to get the best price.
He is very professional, I looked 100 of other properties but this one we liked and that was exactly what we’re looking for. Thanks Sam very much, I will highly recommend him for your next purchase or sale
Sam was the agent for the property I just purchased, very happy with his professional work ethic.. highly recommended..
Sam has extensive knowledge about the property market . Very professional to deal with. We were given a detailed outcome and buyer's comments during the open house. Sold our house after three open house during this soft market is an impressive outcome. Would definitely recommend Sam and Ronald as real estate agents. Thank you guys.
Today's market is a tough market and that's why you need a great Sales agent like Sam, who is aggressive yet understanding towards people's needs. We are extremely happy with the overall experience from marketing, communication and to finalising the contract. Sam came highly recommend and he did not disappoint, i now strongly recommend Sam if you are looking for above average results.
We bought our property recently from Sam and happy to deal with him. He does not exaggerate the property value so easy to negotiate. I highly recommend him.
He was really helpful at the time when it mattered most. Possessed in-depth knowledge of all the properties I was looking within my budget. Nice person with a can-do attitude and extremely friendly personality, always there to help. Highly recommended!
Property buying is always a stressful process and involves lot of communication. In my experience, Sam was honest through out the process. He was good in communication and advice. I may have given him hard time in terms of questions or issues but he dealt with them patiently and honestly. I appreciate his knowledge, help and advice in complicated property buying experience.I recommend him as a person who can be trusted and relied on in decision making process, from the point of view of the buyer.
