I am really pleased with how professional Sam was with the sale of my property. I felt I could trust Sam as he has an excellent knowledge of the area and was great to deal with. I highly recommend him.

Sam Yazdi is one of the best agents in Aus, with in-depth knowledge of the property market. His informative communication whilst showing us around the various apartments and townhouses west of Sydney has brought me and my wife forward to our dream home.

A big thank you to Sam, who took care of us and the sale of our house.

I met Sam in different open house, I hadn’t enough money for that house but I spoke with Sam and told him what I need and it took him only 2 weeks to found my right place as a positive gear , and he put it for rent straight away, I’m paying my mortgage payment with my rent income. I would like to say thanks to Sam and your team. I would highly recommend Sam and harcourt realestate for all your needs.

Was a very nice experience in a great professional level, excellent communication very friendly I will recommend Sam to any one without hesitation thanks Sam well done!

The house sale time was good but a bit to low on my expectations

Being first time in property market for buying our first home, we were unaware of the facts to look out while buying a residential property. Sam helped us on shortlisting our first home and get us the great deal smoothly without any hassle. Every query we asked him related to property was answered very clearly and well within time. I would recommend him to anyone as he keeps his words and a person to trust with while doing such dealings. Thank you Sam.
