Sam came to our rescue when we were in need. Being a stressfully time for us, Sam from the first meeting was confident, knowledgable and the most helpful thing I found, he was reassuring. We had a short dead line for which the house had to be sold by and every time we had questions or were in doubt Sam told us "Trust me" and I'm real glad we did. Before the house was officially on the market he had already gotten us a couple of offers. With house only being on the market for 5 days, we had an open house which we got 4 more offers which were all above our expectations. But with 3 days left til our dead line Sam again told us to "Trust him" he can get them higher and he did. By our deadline we 3 more higher offers. If you here Sam say "Trust me" it's not just a line to get your business, you can actually put your trust in him. I'm sure glad we did.
