Good Agents are hard to come by however, in my dealings with Sam over the past two years I found that he is one of the kind. He focus on building long terms business relationship which is welcome change from your normal agent. He is very clear in his communication and updates but what I appreciate from him is that he listens to my requirements and doesn’t waste my time buy showing me the absolute everything in the market.
