Sam was very easy to deal with, he spent some time going over the process involved and explained every step along the way. I found him to be actually interested in hearing what I wanted and didn't try to push me into any process I wasn't happy with, would gladly look him up and use him again should ever the need arise, thanks Sam your help was excellent.

Very hard to get hold of unless you have signed a contract, then always leave a message. Never answers the call. Makes assumptions regarding sellers response to requests, only to find it can’t happen.
