Sam was extremely knowledgeable about the current market, and after only a very short conversation was able to show me a property that was perfect. He listened to my "wish list" and met every request, without trying to talk me into something I didn't want. He was very helpful, always available to assist me in any way, and a great negotiator when it came time to settling on a price where both parties were happy. Sam always responded promptly to all our requests, queries and concerns. He remained open, polite and friendly throughout. Now to our complaints: Sam wavered in his advice to us as to whether we should seek finance and pay cash for the Caboolture property or to use the sale of our Redcliffe home to pay for it. Our huge anxiety from the very beginning was that we would be in chaos trying to move all our stuff in the allotted few hours. This eventually happened and we didn't enjoy the experience. Also we feel that the contract should have protected us better by having a later settlement date, as we found ourselves paying rent (!) on a house we still owned, because we were interstate at the time of settlement. Sam was aware of this planned trip and should have drawn up a longer contract. All in all, Sam tried hard to please us and more experience will ensure his expertise.

Hi! Sam I have been waiting till settlement to fill out this report but it seems to be taking longer then normal for that to happen.Everything went well in my opinion but I am disappointed that settlement took so long. But anyway I would like to thank you for your hard work in getting the property sold. Apparently the Caboolture market is a little slow at the moment so I thank you again for your hard work.
