Having someone to call you and offer to sell your house out of the blue is not a common occurrence, at least for me. What is less common is to be blown away by an amicable, polite and skillful person that leaves a memorable experience. Sam Zghayar was this person and he also had the persistence to follow up a few months later to leave his name and number for future reference which luckily I saved.
