Sam’s a very helpful agent and knows the griffin area well. We didn’t get anywhere close to the price we hoped but this could be because of the market rather than Sam’s efforts.

Sam was absolutely brilliant. He was very honest and provided great advice when listing my beautiful family home for sale. He (and his team at Coronis) took all the stress out of the sale of my house during what was a very difficult period of my life. He definitely made this a bearable process.

Sam rescued me from what had become a very unpleasant real estate experience. I was selling for the first time and had previously been with another agent without any result. My house was still on the market six months after listing with very little interest from buyers (and extremely poor communication and interest in selling from my previous agent too)! In desperation I spoke to Sam on the phone and he agreed to meet with me simply to talk about my options. At the time of my first meeting with Sam I remember feeling no pressure whatsoever to sign up for anything. I had been concerned about the cost of advertising, however I immediately I felt reassured when Sam patiently answered my questions and took me through the process. I made the decision to move my business away from my previous agent to Sam instead, simply because he was interested in my situation and I felt like I could trust him with the situation I was in.
