We are excited to introduce Samantha Appel, the newest member of the Real Estate Plus Sales team. A familiar face in our community for the past 17 years, Samantha has deep roots in the area. You'll often see her walking in the Viveash, Woodbridge and Midland areas where she'll often stop to have a chat with anyone with a dog or an enviable garden. With three children who have attended local schools, and her active involvement in St. Brigids Parish through mass, catechism, and Sunday school teaching, Samantha brings a wealth of local knowledge and connections.
With an impressive 23-year career in Commercial Real Estate and a double degree in Property & Commercial Law, Samantha has honed her expertise in negotiation. We're pleased to have her in Residential Sales where we are sure her personable nature, commitment to communication, love of property and supportive guidance will help you navigate one of life’s biggest decisions with confidence.
