I always thought realestate agents were for the sellers but as a buyer he was so helpful and supportive and really seemed to have my best interests at heart. Nick sold me my first home and I’m so grateful for him. Really appreciated his kindness, patience and support. From little things like, getting the gardeners out prior to moving in to cut the overgrown grass, making sure things were fixed. It is so nice feeling supported and guided through the process when it’s an overwhelming process. Thanks Nick! And if I ever want to sell, or buy again, I’m coming to you! Highly recommend

From the day we signed the agreement through to the final sale of our house, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Our property was only on the market for four days, and Shan achieved the highest market price — even more than we expected. The level of effort from the team was outstanding. They worked tirelessly contacting buyers and managing the process while always keeping us informed. They also genuinely understood our situation and the need to sell quickly. Unlike previous agents we dealt with, Shan and his team never judged us. Instead, they treated us with respect, kindness, and professionalism the entire time. From the first house viewing with Vanessa her professional manner and honesty made me put an offer on the property. These features help me make the decision to make an offer on the property. I had viewed a lot of property and came across many agents and they did NOT show any interest, No help all they want was an instant sale. And if you did no look RICH enough forget it with other agents. But Vanessa was there made herself available and answered every question. When I need to help with the purchase and other matters she was there for me. She never abused the phone call or email system. She let me contact and ask questions.
