Samantha was a pleasure to work with when we bought our new family home. She was able to answer all my questions in a quick and efficient manner, very professional without being pushy.
Samantha was recommended to me by a friend whose judgement I trust. I was not disappointed. Almost from the first handshake I was confident that I had found a person who I could relate to when selling my greatest asset. The eventual buyer was one of the early viewers who were not at that time able to make an offer, that thy did buy was due to Samantha’s keeping in contact with them, as she did with other potential purchasers. She was aware of their finances and the final negotiations were quick and easy. Because my new home is still under construction I had mentioned to Samantha that I would be looking to rent a studio apartment or villa in the local area for some months, again Samantha excelled herself and passed on the information to your rental department with a successful outcome.
