We purchased a home from Samantha and were dissatisfied with the customer service in which she provided us as the purchaser Samantha only acted for her customer being the owner of the property. When questioned about certain things (keys to the home) we were told they had been lost and that it was not going to be rectified A sold sign was not put on our property for sometime and by the time it was in the next week the sign was completely removed! When we began asking questions or questioning things about the sale of our home we were shut down and told it was on “their” terms and that there would be no compromise!!! Very disappointing for our first home experience!
