Working with Sam to sell our property couldn't have been better. From our first meeting with Sam, she was perfectly prepared, a booklet had been created with properties in the area of a similar type to ours, most of which had been sold by Sam herself. She gave us positive but realistic expectations and kept us in the loop at all times. Our property was under contract in less than a week, with an offer that was our dream price and the sold sticker went up shortly after. Sam is a very skilled professional, never at any point did we doubt her ability. She always made herself available to us and was very approachable. Our questions never went unanswered and Sam was always willing to help us with anything we were unsure of. We can’t thank Sam enough for all of her hard work and would definitely recommend her.
