Sam has played an instrumental role in the purchase of our first home. Throughout our long and arduous journey, we had put in a few offers on properties that Sam had been looking after without any success. By this time, Sam had a fairly confident idea of what we were looking for and had been emailing through potentially properties about to come on the market. We mentioned we were interested in a few when she brought this property to our attention, even before it had been listed. We were fortunate enough to look at photos from the previous time it had been listed, and we thought we had to check it out. Sam took us through the house, after hours and we knew we had to have it.
