Felt like lots of games were played, information was not upfront and the sale was very one sided. Would not recommend this service. Have purchased a home in the past and had a very enjoyable and exciting experience, this was far from that.

She was knowledgeable about the house and area and was professional but warm throughout. She kept us informed about the sales process from start to finish and was regularly available out of hours to answer queries. She even went the extra mile and was flexible about needing to reschedule the inspection, measured a few things on the property for us and was present when the bank conducted their valuation. Buying a house has been a very lengthy and energy draining process for us, probably also because we are not accustomed to the Australian real estate market. We have looked at many houses and spoke to a number of agents from various agencies. Most of the time, it felt like a guessing game that had a certain loser - us.
